BEN BJELAJAC

LOS ANGELES BASED DIRECTOR

Ben is a director with over 15 years of experience across every corner of animation—directing, writing, storyboarding, character design, and pipeline development. He served as Supervising Director and Writer on the international Netflix hit Final Space, later partnering with creator Olan Rogers to write, direct, and produce the award-winning independent film Godspeed.

He has directed for FX’s Little Demon and Netflix’s Long Story Short, and was Storyboard Supervisor for season one of Netflix’s 3D series Hot Wheels. Ben is currently in Australia supervising an unannounced new Netflix series, and his latest project, Mr. Beast Labs, has just launched on YouTube. Acting as Head of Story, he also wrote for the ten episode series —each a three-minute chapter in a continuous narrative that has already earned tens of millions of views and become a notable case study in the evolving streaming landscape.

Ben was brought in to direct episode three and episode seven of season one. Ben also co-directed the title sequence.

GODSPEED, a project Kickstarted by over 250,000 individual contributions from around the world.

Co-Written by Ben Bjelajac and creative partner Olan Rogers, with Ben serving as the Director, Art director, sole Storyboard Artist, and compositor. He further supervised all editing, voice directing, and sound design.
